Cakelin is a scientist engineer entrepreneur. They are disabled, chronically ill, and have ADHD/autism. They are also nonbinary, bisexual, and polyamorous. Interdisciplinary integrator could describe their work.

Cake grew up in Northern Wisconsin to a family of loggers and factory workers. They are a first generation college graduate with a Masters. Their science background is in computational biochemistry and immunology. 

After leaving their PhD, they worked at/on startups for 8 years until now. They started their company nudges.io in February of 2020.

Cakelin knits, paints, and writes poetry. Their second service dog in training is a collie poodle mix named Pepper Ann. 🐶
